By accessing or using Azure 30, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of Service
Azure 30 provides a structured learning experience for Microsoft Azure cloud skills. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal learning purposes.
Payment & Subscriptions
We offer a monthly subscription that auto-renews until cancelled, and a lifetime plan that is a one-time purchase. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
No Refunds Policy
All purchases are final. Because Azure 30 is a digital product with immediate access to learning content, we do not offer refunds. Please evaluate the free days before purchasing.
Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any content from Azure 30. You may not use automated tools to scrape content or create competing products from our materials.
Limitation of Liability
Azure 30 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All course content, text, graphics, quizzes, and materials on Azure 30 are owned by Azure 30 / keepstreaking.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For consumers located in the United States, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules. EU consumers retain their statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving any disputes informally first — contact us at hello@keepstreaking.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. EU/EEA users may also contact their local consumer authority.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
